Introducing the Sylvia Rodger Institute

Sylvia Rodger Institute

Autism CRC is now the Sylvia Rodger Institute.

This marks an exciting new chapter for our organisation which has been creating impact for autistic people, families and communities across Australia and beyond for 13 years.

Named in honour of Emeritus Professor Sylvia Rodger AM, our name celebrates a visionary leader whose contributions to occupational therapy, autism practice and inclusive research shaped the autism sector in Australia and internationally.

While our name has changed, our purpose and commitment to creating positive change for autistic people and communities remains as strong as ever.

We bring together evidence, lived experience and professional expertise to develop programs, build capability and resources that deliver real world impact.

As we look ahead, we are focused on expanding our impact, strengthening partnerships across communities and sectors, and continuing to work with autistic people to shape practical solutions that deliver meaningful and lasting change.

We invite you to explore our new online home and stay connected with the Sylvia Rodger Institute as we enter this exciting new phase.
